Feature request: propagate workflow cancellation

Hello,

It would be nice that when this action is cancelled because an user cancelled the workflow run, the dispatched workflow is also cancelled.
I think it can be made using a post script. I think it should use the cancel a workflow run endpoint.

There might be all sorts of reasons you also don't want this to happen
