Availability data for Tribal lands

Questions:

Each row is a: BSL?

• Do we want this to be multidimensional and pre-joined/correlated?
• Or do we follow the lead of the BDC and offer them as independent csv/parquet files?

Coverage as a percentage?
Better to leave as raw counts and let percentage be done at the end?

@saschameinrath, would you mind reviewing this and helping me determine a layout for the dataset and problem statement?

My understanding of the request is taking the census data for tribal lands and finding the corresponding census geographic ID. Using that ID extract all of the locationIDs from the BDC public data and create new geographic bounded datasets named according to the tribe?
