Currently, the default output for the scripts generates numerous plots and csv files (I think?). I've been living in R land for the past few days, would it be useful to generate an Rmarkdown style report .pdf as well (or in lieu of)? That way we're not collating together separate plots to look at results, they could all be in one place, and easy to include metadata about the run as text as well.
