Any solutions about mount files in apex

How to use mountify mount file like /apex/com.android.art/libxxx.so? Put it in /system/apex it will mount the real apex file. How to mount the single file in /apex/com.android.art/libxxx.so ? Where should I place the file or use what command to mount?
