[Feature Request] Allow a toast/modal/popup with instructions.

In my flow, I have an LLM open up an additional browser tab (this browser is dedicated to Plannonator) if it needs my input on a file. It would be nice if the LLM can send a short message (via for example a "--message" flag, or, alternatively, a --message-title --message-body combo) reminding me why I need to look at the file (sometimes I have many open at a time).
