At the alpha workshop, a couple people have run into a usb issue. We were out taking live data, so I wasn't able to get the exact error...
It said something about being unable to claim the usb. At least one time, the user had two instances of the GUI open, so I suspected it had to do with multiple processes trying to take ownership of the port. Haven't confirmed that though.
It seems the reliable workaround is to close the GUI, unplug the radio, and plug it back in.
But we should figure out how to prevent it, or at least give a more useful error.
