Problems finding installation of GNU Radio on WSL #239

Description

@RhysyT

On Windows Subsystem for Linux (Debian), I get the following error when I press Start :

raise ImportError(self._error_message)
ImportError: GNU Radio and osmosdr is required to use chart.blocks. See astrochart.github.io for installation instructions.

GNU radio is installed : I can run the command "gnuradio-companion" successfully; not sure about "osmodr". I followed the instruction on the main github page. On a regular Linux installation (also Debian) I don't have this error - if I have the receiver connected it takes data as expected.
