Due to the number of updates on AraRoot, some of the scripts are copied into a new nest. But original scripts remain in an old place and do nothing. These kinds of remnants need to be cleaned up.
For example, all the functions in AraEventConditioner class are already implemented into AraEventCalibrator class. But it still takes place in the AraRoot and do nothing.
