There's a remnant location referenced in the Makefiles when you install AraRoot. The location that the makefiles try to access is: /home/radio/ARA/StationOne_2012_2013/repositories/ara/AraRoot/branches/3.6
This doesn't affect the installation or anything, but it gives you problems is you're using a Makefile to compile stuff in the analysis/ folder, for example.
