Add Knative deploy tests

for each stack add a new tests with the knative flag. Will need to install knative on ocp cluster.

Needs to be done as part of our integration testing. We will need:

• Knative installed on the Openshift cluster sued for testing
• Add test for each stack to test with the knative flag (atleast for all incubator stacks)
