Examining content of Mac cp311 arm64 package it doesn't include a merge expected to be in 0.9.1
Specifically merge #1923 Force_virtual_address problem

Please regenerate whl file reflecting the change

Hey, it looks like #1923 was wrongly tagged with the 0.9.1 milestone, i've removed it

Based on the commit, 831170d, it was not released in 0.9.1

It looks like it isn't there. You could use the nightly build to test out the functionality. Otherwise, the 0.10.0 release process should start fairly soon.
