chore: fix pydocstyle warnings in maintenance.py

Formats the [compact](iceberg-python/pyiceberg/table/maintenance.py) method docstring to ensure the summary line does not wrap and correctly ends with a period, satisfying pydocstyle D205 and D400 rules.
