[Bug] release3.3.2 didn't merger the fix Fix-17406
I find that the code which the fix Fix-17406 changed didnt changed at release3.3.2 ，such as file, dolphinscheduler-master/src/main/java/org/apache/dolphinscheduler/server/master/engine/executor/LogicTaskExecutor.java

What you expected to happen

merge the fix
