Subject: [PATCH] fix: correct test fixtures for @octokit/rest and
 @octokit/core

Remove incorrect `main` and `module` fields from test fixtures that
don't exist in the actual npm packages. Both packages are ESM-only
with only `type: "module"` and `exports` fields.
