Add Task Planner UI mockup (public/task-planner-mockup.html) and update WORKLOG

Motivation

• Provide a concrete, local HTML mockup to explore a Task Manager UX with Capture / Do Next / Clarify modes and quick sort/filter behaviors.
• Capture a visual reference for front-end behavior and task-sorting interactions to inform future implementation and design decisions.
• Record the addition and context in the project worklog for traceability.

Description

• Added a standalone mock UI at public/task-planner-mockup.html implementing a glassmorphism aesthetic, three-mode navigation (Capture, Do Next, Clarify), mock task data, and client-side sort/filter logic.
• Implemented UI components including a left tree panel, center mode views, right details panel, and interactive controls for sorting by time/energy/genre and filtering by genre/focus.
• Included in-file CSS and minimal JavaScript to render tasks, switch modes, and perform sorting/filtering for offline/local preview.
• Updated docs/WORKLOG.md with an entry describing the new mockup and related rationale.

• No automated tests were executed for this change.
