Hey, thanks for the report. It looks like there were some conflicts in our instructions that were tripping up some agents. I've made a couple of changes in PR 93 that should fix this at different layers, and will cut a release shortly. Do please re-open this or file a new issue if it continues; I wasn't able to reproduce, so I'm wondering how intermittent this will be and if the changes will actually resolve it.
