Links in migration guide could have `target="_blank"`?

When migrating from V6 to V7 and then looking for deeper documentation, it opens link in the same tab

I think it's good to have it this way in rest of the documentation, but on migration page would be good to open in new by default? So I can keep track of my migration steps while reading more about encryption or smth

Like for example this link in here https://docs.adonisjs.com/v6-to-v7#encryption-config-changes

I didn't file PR, since I think it's more of an discussion / thought point

I think it will be too much to open every internal link (pointing to the same domain) in its new tab. For external, it does make sense.

Also, maybe the upgrade guide could be an exception and in that case we could write links directly within that doc with target=_blank
