Attrition Graphs scale depends on end value

in my oppinion it schould use all game max values and not end max values for the scale.

This is by design. I can see room for some sort of dynamic scale, but it can't be as simple as taking the largest data point. It isn't too hard to make 10x attrition right at the start of the game by killing some constructors and economy while only losing a single light raider.

Keeping the scale fixed has the advantage of calibrating players to the image without having to check the scale. Impressive attrition immediately looks impressive. It also keeps the code simpler.
