Linux support

This library currently only supports Windows, since it's based on Windows specific API's.

I'm not familiar enough with Linux myself to know what API's systems exist for capturing specific process audio, but if anyone more knowledgeable in that area would like to take a crack, feel free!

The 2 main audio systems on linux are Pulseaudio and Pipewire, the latter being basically a drop in replacement with pipewire-pulse in most distros. Beyond this is ALSA which is in the kernel and likely too low level to deal with and JACK which is very much more for sound engineers and musicians and isn't commonly used.

In short, pulseaudio at minimum could be enough to get it working but having pipewire native might be nice. Documentation links below for those wanting to make PRs for this issue.

Pipewire would honestly be super easy ima see if i can figure it out

I would suggest Pipewire over Pulse as that's been the default on most systems for years and is the same system used for screen sharing. If Resonite ever plans to support Linux screen sharing through portals it wouldn't make sense to have a mix of both Pulse and PW.
