Feature Request: Add a "Book Fold / Gutter Shadow" effect for Double Page mode

When reading a comic in "Double Page" mode, the two pages are simply stitched flat against each other without any visual separation.

I would love to see an option to enable a "Book Fold Shadow" (you could call it Gutter Shadow as well) when using Double Page mode.
