refactor: restructure FallDetectorMulti for cleaner ID tracking and debug display

- Simplified ID generation using incremental integer IDs
- Unified tracker update and pose appending logic
- Moved velocity, dy, and ar rendering into main loop for consistent per-frame feedback
- Ensures consistent debug output even for non-fall cases
