DB Event & CDC Feature.
Is an feature to support Event Drivent Architecture and Capture Change Data. When your Data on DB is changes so your changes will be recorded on file and can be distributed to Message Broker, other DB instances can consume and replicated data changes on other side.
This feature required adapter to support other message broker engine. That why I provide an interface, it easy to customize and tested.
