[NFR] SawitCore doesn't comply SawitDB main Phylosphy `Zero Bureaucracy (Zero Deps)` #2

I saw that SawitCore depend on several external dependencies , I think it is doesn't comply with SawitDB main phylosophy Zero Bureaucracy (Zero Deps). Bringing external deps through Cargo could facing version conflict of interest. Would you plane to redesign with internal built-in crate modules?
