+  been reporting 15 and tolerating them, so new ones could accumulate unnoticed — and one class is
+  not cosmetic: **implicitly nullable parameters become a fatal in PHP 9**.
+  - *Implicit nullable params* — `array $Block = null` → `?array $Block = null` in the vendored
+    Parsedown (2 signatures; `?array` is exactly what the implicit form meant, so behaviour is
+    identical). Recorded in a `LOCAL MODIFICATIONS` header so a re-vendor can't silently drop it.
