Produce release tarballs and/or release tags

It would be great if it was possible for maintainers to make releases of the RDK backend, which would make it more suitable for packaging (e.g. Igalia/buildroot-wpe#9) or, even better, submitting the packaging recipes to Buildroot upstream.

Any update on wpebackend-rdk official release ? I am planning to use LIBWPE and WPEBackend-rdk into React Native Skia POC project.
I have already integrated LIBWPE and WPEBackend-rdk and tested with DIrectfb Backend on Embedded system and Wayaland-egl backend on Ubuntu. You can refer https://github.com/nagra-opentv/react-native-skia/tree/munez_graphics

@munezbn Sorry, I am not in charge of making releases of WPEBackend-rdk, neither I would feel comfortable doing them because in general I don't use nor write patches for it, not to mention I don't have all the hardware needed to test all it's build options.
