redo caused crash

Bug Description:
This is mostly JFYI, may be someone would catch or investigate this.

I worked on the binary and some of redos caused crash of BN. The things to highlight is that i 've loaded a DWARF initially and then working on the binary.

Steps To Reproduce:
I don't know yet how to reproduce it.

Without crash

Crash is in redoing a DefineVariableUndoAction, trying to create the variable is causing ReregisterUserVariableTypeReferences to crash for some reason.

I think I've identified the cause and queued up a fix. As soon as somebody can check tomorrow hopefully it'll go out.

The crash fires when you redo after changing a variable and undoing.
