File lock hint triggers on basic ui actions when in graph view.

Bug Description:
As in video.
File lock tooltip flickers in right bottom corner on basic ui actions when in graph view. Look on the shadow of hint when navigating feature map, it's refreshed every event.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. open binary
2. select some text, navigate feature map...
