Cannot Resize Name or Type Columns in Save Database to Project Dialog Box

Bug Description:
The Name and Type columns in the save database to project dialog box cannot be resized. All other columns can be resized as expected.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open new file from in a project
2. Save the new database
3. Before actually saving, try to resize either the Name or Type columns.
4. Observe that you cannot

Expected Behavior:
Resize the Type and Name columns (because I want to see the whole names).

Oh, thanks! I didn't know an issue had been filed. 😂 I ran into this during a customer demo right before the 5.2 release, but it didn't quite make the cut.

For anyone else following along, this was resolved in 5.3.8709-dev.
