Battery didn't charge until the correct limit

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen.

The battery charged until 79%; even the limit was 80%. The LED is green, which means stopped charging. After I changed the limit to 85%, then it charged until 80%.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Set the charge limit to 80%
2. Connect in the charger
3. See the battery indicator not showing 80%, just 79%
