Docs & PRD updates for expanded pool

Summary: Update docs/main-street/card-catalog.md and PRD Appendix A to include new cards, counts, and designer notes.

Acceptance Criteria

• card-catalog.md updated with new entries and per-tier counts.
• PRD Appendix updated to reference expanded pool and any thematic/balance notes.
• PR includes before/after counts table and guidance on adding new cards.

Minimal implementation:

• Auto-generate catalog snippet or manually update docs; include baseline vs post counts in PR description.

Deliverables: updated docs, PR text, demo script for reviewers.
