Import Tead Tests

Given how close teadjs and testmatrixtest formats are, it would be nice if the test runner could handle both test types and run them both.

Architectural Fork:

• Detection : Should the system attempt to detect the varried types of tests
• Configuration : Should the user be required to flag the tests in some way.

Teadjs format is:

therefore a simple transform assuming the following mapping would suffice.

    <test.name>: [<test.actual>, <test.expected>],
    <test.name>: [<test.actual>, <test.expected>]
  }

To get things going, SpecTapular could set a default of deepequal assert. And Tead/SpecTapular users could setup their override as a positional (3rd) param to test authors.

Perhaps not an architectural fork: but fall back/preference pattern. Use the "declared config" if none - provided then attempt to detect what we are working with... if unable to discern the input then throw an error "in English" :)
