Abnormal edge number size in transmission network graph

failed to upload my picture. My trouble is:
After running Make_transmission_tree.py for FMDV example, the probability number on the edge is way too big in direct/indirect graph produced by the script. And I found that there is no parameter for these font size; there is only parameter for vertex(number size in the circle). How could I solve it?

By the way, this problem did not happen for Make_transmission_tree_alternative.py.

I have found that the pdf produced by Make_transmission_tree.py can be edited by Adobe Acrobat pro or Adobe Illustrator, which allows to change number size one by one. However I still suggest adding parameter for one-click change
