[Bug]: Cannot search parent tag from tag menu

Hi, sorry if there was another issue dealing with this.

It seems right now, you can search for a parent tag by its name to get every file that has its child tags, but when you search for a parent tag from the manage tags menu (so with tag_id:number), it only returns files that have that specific tag, and doesn't check that tag's child tags.

Is this intended behaviour? I currently have categories as childs of categories, so there are times I want to search for everything in a non-top-level category, which I cant from the manage tags menu.

Expected Behavior

Searching with tag_id: (at least when it is a category) should have the same behaviour as searching it from its name

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create tag: 'Category'
2. Create tag: 'Tag' as child of 'Category'
3. Assign 'Tag' to a file
4. Go to 'Manage Tags', right click 'Category', click 'Search for tag'
5. file not returned

yeah i noticed this too, i guess it regressed back to before that patch on 9.4.

though, if something of the sort was made into a feature that would be nice. (like a toggle to just search for instances of only the tag your searching none of its children)

but yeah this issue is annoying especially if the tag has a long name, and you don't want to type it all out, but yeah the simpler/quicker searching option should behave the same.

This does appear to be a regression of the behavior before #398, which changed from only returning the exact IDs to returning the entire child hierarchy of that that tag's ID.
