Enable production analytics and feedback integration #89

Description

@digitaldiina

Four distinct pieces to enable before/at cutover:

  1. Google Analytics — wire up GA tracking for the production Mintlify site.
  2. Mintlify dashboard analytics/feedback settings — enable Mintlify's own built-in analytics and feedback-link configuration. Done — confirmed enabled: the Was this page helpful? thumbs widget (votes recorded in Mintlify's own dashboard analytics), Suggest edits (opens a PR against this repo), and Raise issue (opens a GitHub issue against this repo) are all live. See Add screenshots and verify site-feature description in about.md #42 / PR #212.
  3. Feedback repo integration — raise a tracking issue in SuperOfficeDocs/feedback (the repo that receives issues created via the docs site's feedback button) to confirm the feedback button's target/behavior is correct once live on Mintlify. Done — confirmed directly rather than via a tracking issue: the footer's Site feedback link correctly targets SuperOfficeDocs/feedback, distinct from the per-article Raise issue button (item 2 above), which targets this docs repo. See Add screenshots and verify site-feature description in about.md #42 / PR #212.
  4. Open decision, not yet resolved: whether to also connect this to our existing metrics-tracking tool — flag for a decision, don't assume yes/no.
  5. Verify site ownership (https://www.mintlify.com/docs/optimize/seo#verify-site-ownership). Get the token from Google Search Console — choose the "HTML tag" verification method and copy the content value.

IT involvement expected for at least the GA/monitoring piece, per the migration plan's resourcing table (IT: 8-12 hours, Phase 5-6).
