Resync Linux whisper-addon sizes/sha#18

The whisper-v1.8.3 tarballs were rebuilt by build-whisper.yml re-runs; gzip embeds a timestamp so the artifacts drift a few bytes each build. Update the linux-x64/arm64 size + sha256 to match the currently published release assets. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Update linux-x64/arm64
size+sha256in whisper-addon.json to match the currently published whisper-v1.8.3 assets (the tarballs drifted a few bytes across build-whisper.yml re-runs due to gzip timestamps). Functionally cosmetic —sizeonly drives the progress bar andsha256isn't verified at download — but keeps the recorded values accurate.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
