User Story

As a PM + Engineer, I want to complete the Technical Readiness Assessment (TRA) and obtain sign-off so that Glow CI is cleared for pilot launch.

Context

TRA is a MOE/GovTech requirement before any new system can go live with user data. It covers security, data classification compliance, and infrastructure readiness. For Glow CI, key areas include SDT data handling, GCS classification clearance, and Vertex AI data residency.

Acceptance Criteria

• TRA document completed covering: data classification (SDT signals, GCS bucket), infrastructure (Vertex AI GCC data residency), security (access controls, conversation log access)
• TRA reviewed and signed off by relevant authority
• Any TRA-raised remediation items resolved before pilot launch
• Pilot cleared for launch
