User Story

As a Designer + PM, I want to run an internal dogfood session and iterate on the UX before pilot launch so that the experience feels polished and the design intent is fully realised in the built product.

Acceptance Criteria

• Internal dogfood session run with team members acting as teachers
• UX issues and friction points logged and triaged
• P0 UX fixes implemented before pilot launch
• Copy and tone reviewed (AI disclaimer, card headlines, empty states)
• Loading and transition states feel smooth and non-jarring
