[4.3] End-to-end QA across all epics

Epic: E4 — Testing + Polishing + TRA
Role: Engineer + PM

User Story

As an Engineer + PM, I want to run end-to-end QA across all epics before pilot launch so that the full teacher journey works correctly from student profile → recommendation cards → AI chat → resource viewer.

Acceptance Criteria

• Full teacher journey tested end-to-end: SDT student profile → CI cards render → card tap → chat opens pre-loaded → follow-up Q&A → source citation → resource viewer
• Data classification enforcement verified: teachers without access do not see CI
• All error states and edge cases tested (no matching guidance, SDT API failure, slow network)
• Cross-browser and device testing completed (per TW supported environments)
• Regression tests run after any late-stage fixes

• Blocked by: all E1, E2, E3 implementation complete
