User Story

As a teacher, I want to view relevant source materials in a dedicated Resource tab within the CI interface so that I can read the full guidance documents without leaving the TW student profile.

Context

The Resource tab surfaces the knowledge base documents that the AI drew from when generating its response. It provides a native viewing experience within TW — teachers can browse and read source materials directly without being redirected to external sites. Uses the inline document viewer (E2 #41) and deep-linking (E2 #42).

Acceptance Criteria

• Resource tab visible within the CI MicroFE panel
• Tab lists source documents relevant to the current student context
• Selecting a document opens the inline viewer within the panel
• Deep-links to the cited section where applicable
• Loading and empty states handled gracefully
