add handler-script

• create script, that takes care of everthing, except the hashing itself. (so basically everything I have added so far)
• move newer functions of dirhash to this

this could be a shell-script, or a py-file.

in any case the calling should be as simple as possible (something like "freeze.py --path --archive <archive")
