[Popup] Support 'left top', 'left bottom', 'right top', and 'right bottom' for popup position

Popup supports only the following positions as of now.

top left, top center, top right, left center, right center, bottom left, bottom center, bottom right

This is an enhancement request to support the following positions.

left top, left bottom, right top, right bottom

How you guys think would be best to implement this? I'm in a project that needs the popup right positioned but arrow at top. I could implement it. Currently I have a workaround.

The nomenclature left, right, top, bottom doesn't work in this case, we should have different names or different attributes.

We could have one for the popup itself and another for the arrow.
