[dropdown] [next] simple dropdown in a secondary or text menu shouldn't have margin-top

makes the simple dropdown menu disappear as soon as mouse hovers the top margin zone.

In my specific case, i used this workaround:

.ui.text.menu .simple.dropdown > .menu {
  margin-top:0;
}
.ui.text.menu .simple.dropdown {
  padding-top: 0.35714286em;
  padding-bottom: 0.35714286em;
}

Any plans about this or should I consider that secondary menus don't support simple dropdowns? I have no idea how to fix it (the above fix didn't work in my case).
