ZO ships with two reference projects (MNIST, CIFAR-10) but it's built for real production ML work. If you're using it, or thinking about it, share what for: domain, data shape, what you've tried, what you're stuck on. Plan files, oracle metrics, screenshots, all welcome.

Particularly curious about:

• Where the oracle-first model helps (or doesn't)
• What you wished was in the plan template
• Pain points that aren't in the README
