There is issue with getDateOfBirth.
Current implementation expects SERIALNUMBER (in certificate SN field) to contain personal identification number. It is the case when this serialNumber starts with PNO. In cases IDC, PAS this is document number, for example PASEE-KE0400000

Expected behaviour: no exception is returned with getDateOfBirth in case of SERIALNUMBER does not contain personal identification number (PAS*, IDC*)
