Preliminary geomapping work

* Research regarding what packages and libraries we will need to implement an interactive map feature
* Ensure that this tool can pinpoint to specific rooms within  a building 
* Be able to explain to the team how this feature can be implemented within the current project code
* Include information found in README.md and literature review (VERY IMPORTANT)
