Need to add testing for all officially supported react versions, which as of right now is 17... but need to expand to 17+. React version conflicts (only in dependency resolution) are showing up in #494 which is why this is coming up at all.
We are currently using testing matrix for all bs 5 minor versions, should do the same with react majors (no need for minors probably...)
