Composer require very slow

Hi,

composer require willdurand/hateoas-bundle <- this should be done within seconds, but in my case it takes around 6.5 minutes. I have no clue why this takes so long.
I'm using this container, it uses a cache folder, and it's been used on a new installed system.

Could you maybe help me find out why this is so slow?

My problem solved using latest kernel of CentOS (before use elrepo kernel).
