This set of files should have a few basics:

1. An index.html file that loads upon opening, with some example stuff populated so that a new user could see an 'example of a page
2. A 'styles' folder that includes a CSS file that will govern all style choices on the website. Minimal-to-zero CSS should be embedded in the html of a page
3. A 'stub' html file in the styles folder that is basically devoid of content, but has all of the background infrastructure of a page, so that a new user can build from there
