DMA SCPI binary format difference between RP models

I tried RedPitaya_scpi.py library with two different RP boards, STEM122-16SDR and STEM 65-16TI.
If first case, the library works with no issue; in the second, it worked "apparently". So data is acquired and transferred over SCPI, however, the signal is meaningless, it does not correspond to the RF generator feed.

Is there any difference between BIN RAW format encoding for various boards.
