I was playing a Multiworld AP run. Last Sunday, the Archipelago servers were having issues connecting, so a couple checks were cleared but not sent to the server.
I played the Song of Time to start the 3-day cycle again, and I was able to clear and send some of those missing checks (like North Clock Town Save Old Lady or Laundry Pool Musician), however, when I tried to clear two particular checks, nothing happened:
West Clock Town Dancing Sisters
West Clock Town Swordsman Expert Course
On the former, the sisters reacted to the mask, but no item was given. On the latter, I only obtained 20 ruppees.
The thing those two checks have in common is that both are Heart Pieces in Vanilla, so I started a new file on Slot 2 and tried to send them again, this time was sucessful. My theory is that Song of Time is not able to reset check flags tied to Heart Pieces, but I might be wrong.
